Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Returned items that were delivered or need collecting, the customer is liable for all delivery charges which will be deducted from the amount.
We regret we cannot accept cancellations or returns/refunds on orders that are made specifically for you or on sale items. This includes bespoke and upholstered items, wardrobes made to your specification and mattresses made to order. We are happy to amend your order during the first 14 days after the order has been placed. After this time, and when your product is in production, we cannot accept cancellation.
All items for returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept any return without these requirements being met.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.MEASURING FURNITURE
It is your responsibility to measure accurately all doorways, ceiling heights and staircases. For your convenience we provide clear and approximate sizes of all our furniture on our website. Many of our furniture is handmade and therefore measurements may vary by 1-2cm. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.SHIPPING INFO
How long is delivery?
We deliver all our stock items within 7 to 14 working days from placing your order. (Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer.) Approximate times are emailed to you after your order has been taken. Once an order has been received, you will be provided with an update on when your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking details to check the status of your delivery.
For out-of-stock items, we usually receive new stock within 24-48 hours, and any item that is out-of-stock at the time of purchase will be subject to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
What time should I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery of your order can be any time from 7 am until 9 pm weekdays. If you need more assistance on a specific time of delivery, please get in contact.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately.
Can I change my delivery date?
Though we will do everything we can to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date it is not currently possible at this time to choose a specific day for delivery. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
